The following cases are being detailed to provide some insight about the minimum requirements needed to apply for the new Hard to Fill Pilot.

Both these cases, are eligible for Saskatchewan Hard to Fill Pilot, under their very specific circumtances they can apply to get a provincial nomination under the new pilot.

Mr. Sundar from India.

Mr. Sundar currently lives in India, and has been working as a Restaurant Server for more than 18 months. He earned Highschool Diploma in India, and his WES report shows his studies as equivalent to a Canadian Secondary (high school) diploma.

He took the IELTS and have the following scores:

  • Reading 3.5
  • Writing 4.0
  • Listening 4.5
  • Speaking 4.0
  • These scores are equivalent to a CLB score of 4


Ms. Hanh from Vietnam.

Ms. Hanh currently lives in Calgary, Alberta and has been working as a Food Counter attendant in A&W for in the last 9 months. She earned Highschool Diploma in Vietnam, and her WES report shows his studies as equivalent to a Canadian Secondary (high school) diploma.

She took the Celpip evaluation and have the following scores:

  • Reading 4
  • Writing 4
  • Listening 4
  • Speaking 5
  • These scores are equivalent to a CLB score of 4
